Judo for all …

We want to welcome you on this new website, where activities, articles, technical teaching of refereering and training will be published day by day, in short, everything that is new in the field of traditional judo that corresponds to the World Judo Federation (WJF).

The opportunity is precise because this year August 26th, we reached the first 10 years of founding of the World Judo Federation, which took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for the individual date.

During the course of these 10 years, the World Judo Federation has kept Traditional Judo alive in the same way that Master Jigoro Kano conceived and taught it, when he founded Kodokan in 1882.

Shihan Jigoro Kano - as the first member of the International Olympic Committee representing the Empire of the Rising Sun, Japan, bequeathed us his teachings which are an essential part of the World Judo Federation. 

It is therefore that we have the full assurance that this new website will achieve its objectivities in the information and promotion of Traditional Judo at the hands of its main editor Stephan Leifeld, to whom we wish the greatest of success.
